[Resolved]  Wakefit — Return of mattress pending from two months

Order no ORDER2021051xwcv7, requested for return on 22 July .
( Manisha ) CUSTOMER Service Agent who only promise that product will be picked soon
But from last 2 months she is just playing this ### email game with me ...!!
I'm fed with with the company now infact now
We don't even receive any calls or mail from last one week about the status of the pick-up.

That's why I had to make these case in notice as no one is helping us and my family is sleeping on such uncomfortable mattress

Please if someone can help than it will be a great help for us
