Recently I have purchased this product and this is the worst product I have seen in my life. The support was terrible. They will provide a warranty on this product but no use. These guys simply marked the status as resolved(delivered) without solving(delivering) your problem. My bed was broken a couple of times within a few months o[censored]sage but, they did not deliver the replacement parts until now. I have raised the complaint 4 to 5 times but no use. Be careful before buying these kinds o[censored]seless products. This product and their support are not even worth for the single star. Was this information helpful? |
