I’m writing to file a complaint against Wakefit regarding my recent order: ORDER202506oubauq.
I purchased a mattress and a mattress protector. Due to comfort issues, I initiated a return request only for the mattress. However, both items were picked up during the return process — even though I did not initiate a return for the mattress protector.
Wakefit processed a refund only for the mattress, and now they’re demanding that I pay courier charges to get back the protector — which was returned due to their system’s error, not mine.
I’ve reached out via email, Twitter, direct messages, and provided all relevant details — but I’ve received no response.
I’m requesting that Wakefit either:
Refund the full amount paid for the mattress protector, or
Return the product to me without any extra charges.
