I purchased two products from Wakefit Innovations Pvt Ltd under Order No. ORDER202509EUKQ9r, delivered on 13th September 2025:
Gravita Pro High Back Ergonomic Office Chair – The chair’s seat height adjustment mechanism is defective from the first day. Despite sharing photos/videos as requested, Wakefit closed my ticket by just sending a generic video link without resolving the defect.
Apollo Study Table – The table was delivered with 40+ screws/bolts but without a proper assembly manual or video. Instead, only an engineering drawing was provided, which is not usable for DIY assembly. When I requested a carpenter, Wakefit refused, stating it is a DIY product.
Whenever I contact support, they only ask me to wait 24–48 hours for a callback, but no callback ever happens. Tickets are being closed without resolution. I also wrote to their grievance team, but there has been no response.
Key Issues:
Defective product supplied (chair).
Deficiency in service (no assembly support/manual for table).
Unfair trade practice (misleading DIY claim without proper guidance).
