Wakefit — Wakefit lied about delivery date and forcing a delivery that is too late.

I ordered a matress from wakefit on 7th Oct, 2023 and same was confirmed by Wakefit immediately.
The promised delivery date per Wakefit is 14th Oct, 2023.
On 13th Oct, when I checked the tracking number shared by Wakefit, it showed that the order is still under process and is not dispatched. I immediately called Wakefit customer care and enquired about this. Wakefit customer care representative assured that the product will be delivered on 14th Oct 2023. When I questioned the order status which clearly says Order is still under process, the representative told the product will be delivered no matter by 14th Oct 2023.
At around 2 A.M on 14th Oct, i received an update from Wakefit that the product is in-transit to my address and currently at least 600km away from my location. I reached out to customer care again and now they state that the product cannot be delivered until 21st October.
They lied about delivery date during our conversation on 13th October, making an impression that product will be delivered and there are no delays.
Me and my wife have severe back pain and are waiting for the mattress. We ordered the product because before making the final payment the delivery date was promised to be on or before 14th Oct. Now Wakefit changed the delivery date forcing us to suffer with pain. Have Wakefit informed us about delay in delivery we wouldn't have to suffer. Wakefit purposely wasted our time and money and forced us to suffer. In the he status enquiry i made on 13th Oct, they clearly lied to me and told that the product will be delivered on 14th Oct, no matter.
