We placed an order for the Wakefit Taurus Engineered Wood Bed with Storage (7860 inch) / (198.1152.4 cm) on January 6, 2025 with Order ID: ORDER202501HSDVVL. The expected delivery date was February 13, 2025, but the product has still not been delivered.
Despite multiple follow-ups with Wakefit’s customer support, we are only being told that the product is with the logistics partner, but we have no way to contact them. We have raised several complaints, yet there has been no resolution or proper update.
To make matters worse, Wakefit is neither delivering the product nor allowing cancellation and a refund. It has now been a week past the delivery date, and we are left without answers.
@Wakefit, please take immediate action:
✅ Deliver the product at the earliest
