I was in urgent need & ordered recliner on 3rd October. I was assured it will be delivered on 16th October. The order was not delivered as promised. After numerous calls & chats & escalations, I was assured that the product will be delivered on 2nd November. I called multiple customer care representatives & also had a chat with couple of them to confirm if the product will be delivered on 2nd November. They assured it would be delivered and I had to stay at home and wait for the delivery. Until some time back they are again saying product will be delivered on 18th November. When asked to cancel order and initiate a refund they are saying it would take another 5 to 7 days for refund. They have been using my money since a month and assuring multiple delivery dates.
