I am customer of Wakefit Gingham 4 Door Wardrobe with Drawer, Mirror and 1 Hanging Space (Frosty White), order Id: ORDER202409egt1yQ.
I have multiple issues with this order but the one really has become a pain is me following up with Wakefit' s team for a wrong product delivered.
I had ordered white color wardrobe on 9th of September with promised delivery date of 17th September but it was delivered on 25th September with no explanations for late delivery. Then on 1st October the installation person came and found out that part number 3 from all the parts is wrong and does not belong to the wardrobe only. It is of bed and of brown color.
Since that day (Oct 1st) I have been following up with Wakefit' s team for return and next course of action but there has not been any solution provided to me.
I myself have worked in a product firm and know that for every customer issue containment action has to be provided within 48 hours and it's been 8 days team is still creating tickets and tickets, I almost call 2-3 times a day and still awaiting resolution.
My only request here is please take all the parts back, I am in no need of the product. There is a function at my house on 12th October that is the reason I ordered it one month before even knowing the sale would make it for me in less cost and now my parents at home are dealing with dust issues and cleaning of all the parts from the last 15 days.
I sincerely request Wakefit to take it back and help me to clear the mess at my house before the function. I cannot wait more. I am not asking why the delivery was made late, why the product is wrong, just take it back.
