I have purchase tata safari from your showroom but I just wanted to know you about your sales executive behaviour with respect to customer support
Firstly that person doesn’t know how to respond with customer even don’t know how to support customer not even taking firm descision costantaly changing statements regarding to the customer services although argue with customers I have faced such things in your showroom by sale person, even he has not sufficient knowledge about the service he has provide for customer person name Amit girav Was this information helpful? |
