Wasan Motors — Sales service after purchase of brand new car

From day one of booking Tata Nexon from Tata Motors, I am facing problems. Instead of November, 2022, delivery of Tata Nexon XZ+ (MH 01 EF 2522) took place on 09th February, 2023 i.e. also follow up with Wasan Motors.

Now the issue is that within 8 months of brand new car delivery, suddenly on 23rd October, 2023 when the driver was trying to start the car, it did not start. (Everyday I am using the car). I called the toll-free no. of wasan motors. Within 1 hour they arranged for mechanics to start the car. That time, it started and ran smoothly from Tardeo to Borivali (34 kms) . 24th October, 2023 was Dassera Holiday. On 25th October's morning again it ran smoothly from Borivali to Tardeo( 34 Kms.) and in the evening, again there was a problem. Again we called on toll-free no. and Mechanic came and started it, and it ran smoothly from Tardeo to Borivali. On 27th October, 2023, in the morning again there was a problem with starting the car. We have contacted Wasan Motors @ Kandivali; they towed the car to Workshop @ Kandivali. When I enquired regarding the issue on Monday 30th October, 2023, they said that the battery is weak, it will be replaced by a new one and you will get a car in 2-3 days.

Sir, everyday I am enquiring for my car delivery with replacement of battery, but today they told me that it will take three to four days more. Here I wanna ask how many days takes for replacing/sending a new battery. Every time I have to follow up with Wasan Motors. what type of services they provided. Even for R.C., I had followed up in the month of August after waiting for 6 months from the date of delivery and surprisingly till date it has not been received. I am fed up with their services. Due to their bad services, I have even asked our company to stop the car sales on our company portal.

We have purchased Tata primarily to support Indian company. Instead of helping the customer by extending their service time Wasan Motors is charging us for the services, for which we have already made payments. Minting money seems to be the strategy. If that is the attitude of staff and service centres then God save Indian companies. My third service falls on 6th November, 2023 they at the time of delivery in February, 2023, said that you will get free services. But now they have charging me Rs. 6000+ of oil, a/c filtering etc. When I enquired about the free services, they said that labour charges are free. What a joke. Further they asked me to do AMC with them so that they will do it for Rs. 5000/- but the AMC will be exhausted with this service. If they are providing free services for a year, then how can they calculate this service in AMC. What is the funda? It is cheating customers.

Tata as a brand is great and the cars they are making are excellent. But if they don't focus on the after sales service they will again lose their grip in the market.
