Videocon Industries Ltd. — lack of knowledge to the person providing service.

i have brought Videocon Digi Marine washing machine two years back. now its panel was not working properly. i logged the call to videocon service provider in Pune. his person came after 15-20 days of call logged that also after so many follow-ups. afterthat he checked the machine and said that we need to change the whole panel amounted to Rs. 3000/- approx. Also he suggest us that our machine is in very bad condition and we need to change pipe and other parts also. and he charged Rs. 350 /- visiiting charges. i convinced him that we need not change whole panel only one key we can change, this is special feature of our machine. but he said no... then i showed my washing machine to local service provider. he just made servicing of my panel and confirmed that my machine is in very good condition. and now machine is working properly and also he charged nothing. it means we believe videocon authorised service provide with blind eye and they cheat us..
