Dear Sir,
I had lodged a coplaint one month ago for some electrical issue in my washing machine purchased last year in Feb 2011 & it is under warranty. Your engineer has visited within three days & found that an electrical part is faulty & need to replace under warranty. But sine then no visit is happening by your engineer to rectify the issue. After so many calling from my side to your regional service centre representative, they have comiited so many time to rectify the same but stil after one month the same situation exists.
Please assist what shoud I do & what you could do for your customer.
