Dear Sir/Madam
I had purchased Bajaj Gas Water Heater dated 10 Dec 2010 for which warranty of 2 Years was applicable. But This winter season when i used this appliances, it was not functioning. I lodged a complaint for this on Bajaj customer Care Helpline No. around 7-8 nov 2012, Reference no. of which is DEL[protected]. Executive came to my home for checking the appliance on around 9-10 nov 2012. After some preliminery Examination, he told me that he have to take the appliance along with him and it will be delivered back after repairing on shop with in 7-8 Days because of Deepawali.
When the Product was not delivered back afte 12- 15 Days, I made a communication on Bajaj Electric Helpline no. regarding this for which i get a response to talk with their Service Center 'Ujjawal Service Point' which have picked up my appliance for repairing. Then, I communicated with them, from where i get a response that they have sent some part for replacement from company, after replacing that part my gas heater will be delivered back. I made communication to that center several times, but get the same response.
But since today the Product has not been delivered back after removing defaults.
Now, They told me that i have to pay for the Part repair/ replacement for making my appliance free of defects.
Since the Product was under warranty of 2 years, So they should not demand from me any payment. Further, they have elapsed more than 2 months in this and i could not make use of appliance during the period it was usable.
Kindly resolve my problem
