Naresh you made any group let's work together and file case against them.
I got a call on[protected] evening from this company named as ((Waytohotel.com ( confiance subnet solution pvt ltd ))) and offered me a lucrative package of 3N/4D stay at anywhere in India, malaysia and Thailand for INR 10499 and a complementary gift of mobile make :Samsung then, ((Rajiv Agrawal )) connected my phone to warehouse dept of company where (( Mr Khan ))lifted the phone and confirmed my Phone s model and color and he asked whether Agrawal has told me about Combo offer that if i purchase another package worth 7299 he will give a mobile phone 0f rs 40, 000.at this point i felt that i have been (( trapped )) and my phone stopped due to low battery.
In the night of 15th Mar 2017 i sent a mail that i am no more interested in their offer and i want refund.
As per company terms & condition
1. Customer can ask for a refund within 7 days from the date of purchase of package.
2.If a Customer wish to cancel his Membership/Package, He/She may do so by directly making a call to Confiance Subnet Solutions Pvt. Ltd. within 7 days of joining.
But these people call every now and then and ask me to acknowledge the package but after going through there terms and conditions i asked for refund yesterday also[protected]. But they are not responding till now.
This is a fraud company .their business is trapping Hard working people and
looting their money.
