No. MSBI[protected]IGY3771892 Transfer to[protected] Sir, with reference to as stated above, I have paid electricity bill for the month of August 2014 of Amount. Rs. 1876/- (I have paid 1880.49) through online banking using my brother a/c on 19/08/2014.Details of bank statement is attached for your ready reference. But I did not received any money receipt. At the time of transaction, payment was found successful. But it was written that payment cannot be made. I could not understand whether the money will be credit to my account or payment is successful. Please inform me. Last date of payment was shown in portal is 21.08.2014. wbsedcl billing ki taraf dhan dena chahiye 1) billing section ki help line number hona chahiye or cutomer ki sath pyar se bath karke usko samajna chahiya
2) ekbar bill pay karne ne bad dusribar bill pay ho jata he yesa ku (esme ekbar bill pay karne ne bad dusribar bill pay nehi hona chahiye)
3) quick pay me axis bank netbanking update hona chahiye.(wbsedcl ko merchant dena chahiye)
Now I just online pay my bill but my billing money was deduct in three times.
My money is not refunded and I haven't any pay recipient. So pls solve my problem my consumer I'd no[protected]
