I have forgotten my wechat wallet password, i tried to reset my password by retrieve my credit card info (That's the only way caused i have tried too many attempts on the password until the system blocked me). Unfortunately, my linked credit card has been hacked few months ago and replaced a new card by ocbc bank malaysia.

I have reported two times to informed wechat wallet centre regarding my problem and showed them the reports/letters from ocbc bank malaysia.

But... Their service is too bad!! They have no respond at all.

Super poor service from wechat service!!
(Or they dont understand english letters?)

Hello sir or madam please do consider a person using we chat is misusing my photo details without my knowledge. now I got to know and I request the admin if we chat to delete this fake ID ! the name of the account is rayjacklin please I want a perfect action against this! thanks.

    Sir,

    I wanted to report that my mother wechat account that currently used and that had been added in our group chat suddenly cannot function normally.

    It seems like this account with the same phone no is taken over by somebody else or change to another person user account with the same phone number. The reason i said this is because whenever i try to register back my mom wechat account by uninstall and reinstall wechat app, it always show unsuccessful and the ordinary wechat account user is removed and treated as the fake account user. I just wonder why this incident can happen? Any further action i can take to change all this? Pls advice abt this. Thank you.

        fake account. sexual harassment. sending nude photos and videos.

        Username wechat id: rasmeytaing with alias 夏可可ほ, mobile:[protected] region: andorra. This used to be my wechat account and the user fake this account and change region of the phone number which is my current number in my country, so i can't take my acc back. This user has sent nude photos and videos to my wechat friend in that account! That account has so many photos of my family and i. Please kindly help me stop this user from doing...

          I used wechat out topup on june 5th to buy 9.95usd airtime so that i can use it to make calls to other countries. The charge went through in my account, but no credit was shown in my account neither any coupon notes where delivered!!! I email to them using their wechat feed back and communication line and heard nothing back!@%&*.
          It is now 2 weeks after my credit card was charged, i still cannot use wechat out to make a call... From a very disappointed google wechat out user!!!

              Please kindly find something solutions for the group created by WeChat Id sonamyudengyelmo. It's creating disharmony and harrassing me. I was working as International student service manager in Global College Australia. My role was to advertise the college for international student enrolment. I did in WeChat and I have got 1170 members. Just few weeks ago, few Bhutanese applicants were refused their visa. It's immigration decision, but they are blaming me and trying to harraset me by creating many groups. I would be grateful if you could kindly do something to the group leader.                 I haven't used WeChat in over 3 years and neither do I have the app in any of my mobiles. I was going through my Gmail and I found that my WeChat was active on 25th march, 2017 which is highly unlikely as I don't use it. Could it be that someone who has an access to my Gmail has been trying to use my WeChat. All my 3 phones speak of the same last usage date ie 25th of March, 2017. If any kind of suspect, please notify me.

I m using this account in china, on 6th of june 1000rmb transferred to an account bt i have not transerferd afterwards i got to know that it transferred to my friend*s wallet...                               People were asking me why i was on Wechat and when they sent me the picture i immidiately told them it was not me. a the name on there is Simone which is not my name. i have attached a screenshot of the profile.                                     I am the old user of we chat from last 4 years. Today by mistakenly I deleted my account and after created new account from same contact number([protected])but the problem I faced is I lost my all old friend (shake friends). And obviously I don't remember there we chat I'd or Qr codes, I search them from his/her name but I can't find.
