Deduction of recharge balance

On 5th november 2014 till noon time my recharge balance was 395 after that some technical fault took place in wechat as during redemption the reply came from wechat team that there is so much traffic...During evening i again refer two friend and they had joined.So according to it my balance should be 445. Till afternoon of 6 november same page was displayed that there is so muchh traffic and during evening hours my balance becomes 85 in place...

recharge balance deducted without any reason

i refered and earn 405 in my account but my balance of rs 355 has been deducted without any reason i recharged my account with rs 50 a day before yesterday but the very next day my balance of 355 was deucted which is impossible accordin to the rules of wechat as only 50 rs can be redeemed in a day plzzzz help i cannot give my number as somebody can recharge from it...

werefer balance not credited even after successful registration and daily activity

After tat I invited 3 friends but then I haven't got any balance and I am doing daily activity and for that too I haven't received any balance.
