I had ordered Madopar 250mg tablets for my uncle who has problem of parkinson.
He need to intake this tablets twice a day, i had ordered 100 stripes and my order was confirmed with advance payment order no #[protected].
If you want to cancel this order after confirming the order then why did you accept my payment and sent messages that your order will be delivered on 10/5/2022. And if you're cancelling the order then why don't you give valid reason for cancelling the order.
I am out of India and can't contact you on phone that's the reason i am sending email. Are you trying to play with someone life. What kind of business is this confirming the order and then cancelling it without any messages of refund.

Sir, I am the regular customer of your medical shop at Jogeshwari west. Just beside Delhi Darbar hotel at S V Road. Most of the staff knows me personally. Since some months I am dealing with Miss. Fatima your sell representative for my medicines. Today I was in urgent need of some medicines for which I phoned to your shop. Miss. Fatima received the phone & did introduce her that I am Cha-Cha from Paramount Tower. When she listened me, immediately disconnected the phone. I did try again, she repeatedly did the same most of the time. I don't understand what was the logic of her behind this kind of misconduct to sick old man ? Kindly make an inquiry about her misbehaviour & negligence of duties & oblige.

I purchased a Wildstone Deodorant from Wellness Forever, situated at Shop No. 1, Symphony Apartment, Sawarkar Nagar, Nashik, on 11th April, 2022 at 20:10:10 & 20:10:29 for Rs. 249.98/-.
I made the payment via UPI Payment method, but due to some technical error my first attempt for the payment showed as Failed & therefore, I tried to make the payment again & it was successfully completed. Later I notice that the amount of Rs. 249.98/- was twice deducted from my bank account, so I immediately informed the issue with the store from where I purchased & the executive of the store said that he has not received any double payment & assured that the same will be credited in 2-3 days but I have not received any amount till date. I request to look into the matter & to process my refund at earliest.

I was taken icecream form the wellness medical they I have gone there for billing of icecream but they were so much busy of doing there work

They want us to give our personal details even on a purchase of a loaf of bread to keep a track o thier customer base o harass us in the future

Kindly check with the staff .this is the 3rd time staff takes the order and goes home.do u call this professional??? Somebody is need of medicine and they trust you...this has happened 3rd time and it should be escalated..

I ordered surf excel liquid from them. It was also delivered to me. However, I was not happy because it wasn't top load. Hence, I placed a return request since there was no exchange available. However, they have rejected my return request confirming that the product is non returnable. The product was never mentioned as non returnable. I am very disappointed with their service. I will never order from them.

They take your order and never deliver, when you call them it feels like that Akshay Kumar movie where someone says "Abhi karke deta hu". The staff is least bothered and you can hear people having fun in the background.

pharmacy and asking un needed questions first give them learning of manners.

I have ordered online medicines and paid 100%for it, but not received after 1 month approx and several calls to their complaint section

This is regarding invoice #53628 where i purchased 4 strips of Iphytoral tablets however when went back to my car my wife told she needs only 1 strip as only few days are left for the completion of course. Within 5 minutes I went to the pharmacy again tried to return the remaining 3 strips. The personnel there refuse to take back and mentioned that the payment...

Your goan staff at goa caranzalem store does not have the ethics to speak In english or the goan konkani to our goan customers inspite of talking in english they tend to speak in hindi through which I was a lot irritated.

The night staff of wellness forever wakad pune branch in Ridhi Sidhi society shop us very cheap they comments on girls and shouts at customers they are very impolite and looks at girls in very bad manner and pass very vulgar comments.

My husband santosh vairagad took medicine with doctor prescription file . Your staff gave prohance nutritional powder instead of prohance mom powder we keep trust on wellness but wellness gave us wrong medicine even if having doctors prescription, who is responsible for this, am pregnant woman I don't want any risk not affordable to us

Dear sir/Mam, I have purchased some groceries from your Boisar outlet and done a payment transaction through UPI and the same has been debited from my account for which I have also given a screenshot of the transaction but outlet manager doesn’t cooperated with me and collected funds twice. Mr. Hrishi agreed that if funds are not credited in source account then I will give me cash back but now he is refusing and told me to come on tomorrow or day after tomorrow. Kindly look into the matter or I will demand leakage of interest of my money.

My name is Alina (ponda goa) and on 28th May 2021 my husband had met with an accident at around 6 pm and immediately I had ordered for a simple volini spray the order was confirmed and the dilevery time was given at 10:34 pm and I had requested to deliver the order ASAP.
But the most shameful part of wellness is they did not give a CALL TO inform that the order will be delivered next day morning, when I gave a CALL TO CUSTOMER care at 10:32pm regarding my order then I was told that my order will be delivered next day morning shame on you. It should be lazyness forever insted of wellness for ever.
This kind of ### service is unacceptable sorry I am using good words for my compliant I wanted to use worst words to describe my anger on lazyness forever...
I can go on with the list like rude behaviour over the call, disconnected my call, no call back, executive is not local, executive doesn't have bike for delivery, charging extra for delivery bla bla bla bla and so on if any one from the higher management is reading this and still don't take any action then he don't deserve to be in this profession I would suggest him to open a grocery store.

I have ascalated many time for Mr.Santosh Sangle employee at wanawadi wellness forever branch near nancy tower I have gone there to purchase medicine stock was not available with them for that medicine i have requested to him whether any your branchs have stock of these medicine available or not but unfortunatly i have received arrogant answer . This makes me change my mind and created negative impression of your services to customer i would prefer to never use fellnessforever as a option to purchase medicine and not to expect any help from your any branches. This was not my first expirience by the way and not only me my brother as well had same experience in past from wellnessforever. I would insist people to not to use your services in future.

This is Sachika Choudhary from Malegaon.
I reached out to wellness pharmacy in my town( i.e Malegaon ) for home delivery of medicines 2 - 3 days before. The girl over there didn't even listen my concern and told me to WhatsApp the list of medicines. I did that too but didn't got any response from their side. After 3 days I called them but now they are not picking up my calls.

Communication with consumers and management of staff over here is very poor. Last time too there were some issues regarding billing and home delivery of medicines.

Please look after this concern.

Hii sir I’m Ashish salunke from baramatiu r baramati branch the seals man shubham aavtare is giving his known persons the unscripted things like cadbury, cold drinks n all kind of things in a strick lockdown when we complaint that we told very rudli arrogant way this was my mistake but hi done same many time when u told him to call a manager then also he couldn’t respond that also if this is happened again we will strictly taking action against him plzzz do something he is very arrogant person u don’t hv any manners how to talk with customers.

I am a student from Kolkata living in Badlapur, Maharashtra currently. There is a branch of wellness forever right below my apartment in Kulgaon area. I went there to buy a few products but the salesmen informed me there are no other payment methods available other than cash. This was devastating. I am a student, living alone in the time of this pandemic when these services become mandatory at every retail shop. Not having them and not fixing the very problem can cause some severe problems to the customers. Plus the rude behavior. This isn't expected at all. In these times where everybody is helping some other person in whatever way possible, these pharmacies falling under essential category shouldn't be behaving this way with their customers and these services should be available no matter what. Finally, I had to leave the shop and all the edible products I wanted to purchase just because they didn't have UPI or Card payment available. What a Shame.

I ordered few tablets and syrup at Nerul wellness.Firstly they delivered the medicine after 2.5 hours and that too incomplete medicines.
Bill was made for complete medicine.
Syrup was missing .

On repeated request also they are not delivering the missing syrup.

I purchased materials from wellness forever medical ambernath east Dist-Thane. Maharashtra. 421501.

Wrong bill was claimed to me. In hurry i did not check the bill or did not tally the material against price.

My bill was coming for upto Rs 1505. They charged me 1900. Rs. 395 was charged extra to me. By manipulating the quantity of the item particulars.

In single day they must be bluffing so many customers. Because people in hurry dont tally the price as these stores are well renowned.

1) streax serum = 1 Qty= Rs 189
2) photostable gel = 1 Qty= Rs 563
3)Wildcraft mask = 4 Qty = Rs. 396
4) mamaearth facewash = 1 Qty= Rs. 249
5). Cadbury choclate = taken 1 Qty= charged me for 4 Qty = price of 1 Qty= Rs 45.

I approached wellness forever, Margao-Goa branch on 24th Feb, 2021 at around 2.15 a.m...needed painkillers very urgently but the 2 Male persons on duty said they cannot dispense sumo tablets as theres come issue with billing when they could very well sell the medicine on urgent basis accepting cash...Billing could be always done later..but the non supporting attitude of your staff I strongly condemn...

I want to express my concern about the thane Ghodbander road branch (GST No. 27AAACW756P1ZH) approach towards the customer. I went to the store asking for medicines, and they told me to get a prescription. I went home and got a valid prescription, but they said they required a printout. I was ready to send them a mail instead of a printout as all the shops were closed and it was 10:30 in the night. But the employees refused to give me medicines and asked me to get a printout of the prescription at 10:30 in the night. To top it all of, one of the employees tells me that chemists tell lies to the customer by saying the stock is finished. The store manager was not competent enough to control his juniors, and they kept blabbering insults after insults to me. I would like you to address a matter that should be taken very seriously as innocent people fall into the trap of such practices.

This complaint is regarding Badlapur outlet which is located at Gandhi Chowk opposite Atithi Hotel Badlapur east this complaint is related to staff service which is very slow and irritating there are a lot of staff in shop but they are not attending customer immediately only one staff could be working and another staff would be relaxing at backside of your shop.. also want to inform you that whenever you visit here at your outlet we saw that your staff is taking more time to serve the product to the customer...they also don't know where is product are kept...so I request you to kindly give training to staff and make them know how customer time is very important they have to give quick service...

I am from Pimple Saudagar, Pune I am in my First Trimister, went to one of wellness outlet in my area to buy prescribed medicines. One of the attendees in the shop gave me alternate medicine saying it is of same content but different company, having faith in so well known brand I bought it and consumed the same.

Later after consulting my gynaec I came to know that those tablets were Arthritis painkiller named Dolonex 20DT while my prescription was for Doxinate.
Who is responsible for this Negligence?
What if my Baby or my health later shows adverse effects of these tablets??

Being renowned brand you people employed such unknowledgeable persons who are just irresponsible towards thier work.

I ordered a medicine, some grocery and healthcare items from Wellness Forever on Sunday, October 11, 2020 morning. The delivery time was shown to be the same day early evening. I paid the money while ordering. The following incidents took place since then:
1) First, I received a call to confirm my address and the items ordered. On asking, they mentioned that the order would be delivered within six hours, which matched the delivery time mentioned on the website.
2) Second, I received another call mentioning that one healthcare item was not available with them and they can provide the same item of a different brand. I agreed to it. It was mentioned that: (i) the available items would be delivered on the same day from a nearby store, (ii) the amount paid for the unavailable item would be refunded, and (iii) the replacement item would be delivered after a few days with cash on delivery.
3) Third, my order details were updated as two separate orders: (i) all that were supposed to be delivered by a nearby store on the same day and (ii) the replacement item which would come by courier. Interestingly, I did receive a message for the amount that I have to pay, but no message mentioning about the refund.
4) Fourth, it is about two hours past the delivery time. No communication received from the store. When I called the helpline number, they said three things: (i) the delivery time is only approximate and they can only ensure that they will try to deliver the order, (ii) they cannot help in any way but to check the status of the order, and (iii) they have many customers to serve.

I have a very simple question to the store: how can you provide an approximate delivery time without mentioning the word "approximate" and what does an "approximate delivery time" mean when an order contains medicine? Is that not an essential item?

I tried placing order on Aug 7th through their app, and made payment for the same. However after the amount got debited, it was found the order did not get placed. I contacted them and I was assured it shall be refunded within 7 days and now it's been more than 2 weeks still the refund is not initiated. Whenever I try contacting them I get excuses like refund team not available, technical glitch, etc.

Also they do not inform if any issues upfrontly even after I put several mails. Only after I call they give above mentioned excuses.
