It was totally a mental stressed and harrasment from Wellness customer care and even Colaba Store.
I have ordered some medicine in the morning 13/07/24. at 10.15 am. It was showing as order will reach by 12.15Pm. But when ordered not reach till 12.30.pm I call customer care. They were continuously saying it will reach withinhalf hour. I continuously call then 10 time, but same reply i was getting from them. At 6.00 pm I call store and asked them to cancel the order as it was too late. They told call customer care, but I told them not to send.I call customer call and cancel the order, then too after one hour I got message that order wil be delivered.
What a worst service and misguided by staff. Even order has not received by me. But it was showing as order delivered. Next day I call customer care and told them order is not deliver.They said they will raise cancel request, but request was not done
