I tried placing order on Aug 7th through their app, and made payment for the same. However after the amount got debited, it was found the order did not get placed. I contacted them and I was assured it shall be refunded within 7 days and now it's been more than 2 weeks still the refund is not initiated. Whenever I try contacting them I get excuses like refund team not available, technical glitch, etc.

Also they do not inform if any issues upfrontly even after I put several mails. Only after I call they give above mentioned excuses.

    I have taken some goods from the shop and asked if the bank transfer is available they said yes after paying the amount by QR scan code I have received a message of deduction. Shopkeeper said he has not received the amount and not let me take the goods. I showed him the messages and bank transaction at my end but they said message is not received at their end and so I need to pay cash. People working there started to argue and they were 4-5 people yelling on me alone. I had to leave the place without goods and loss of money. I have all evidence for the same.

      I visited wellness forever chemist in kamothe, navi mumbai at around 12.05am i requested pharmacist to give medicine since there was an emergency my wife has a scissoring operated and deliver baby boy, hospital dr. Ask me to get medicine with the prescription on letter but pharmacist ignore to give me the medicine reverting that medical is closed and authorities has inform not to give the medicine late night since we trust wellness forever chemist is open for 24hrs and at this pandemic situation medical has to provide complete service to the customers but this pharmacist was not willing to give me the medicine.

      I would personally request you to please cancel there license for 24hrs 365 days since they are not working.

      I had visited Wellness forever thakur Village branch at night. worst staff.. not at all interested in customers. very arrogant. They made me wait for long hours just because they wished to do that . Wellness should really stop hiring such staff or they will lose there customers.

        Hi,
        I went to wellness forever outlet located at vaishnav villa, 14a, thakur complex, kandivali (E), mumbai on 27th october. I required two tablets of lanol as per the prescribed number of days by the doctor. But i was forced to but the complete strip of 10 tablets as the outlet mentioned they only sell complete strip of tablets and will not be able to cut and sell anything loose from the strip.

        I mentioned the store manager about fda guidelines, but it was in vain. I would request the respective government authorities to please help the consumer from such ill practices which not only make the consumer pay more but also leads to wastage of excess medicines.
