Hi, Worst Experience
I placed an order for medicine through the Wellness Forever app on 7th February 2026. At the time of purchase, the app indicated delivery within 3 days. However, as of 16th February 2026, the order has still not been delivered.
I have been following up with customer care daily, but each time I am told the same thing—that the medicine will be delivered today. Despite repeated assurances, no action has been taken. The status continues to show that the order is at the hub, yet it remains undelivered.
I have raised 5–6 complaints through customer service, but no prioritization has been made. This delay is causing serious issues for the patient, who is unable to take the required medication. Was this information helpful? |
