Unpleasant Experience.

This is regarding invoice #53628 where i purchased 4 strips of Iphytoral tablets however when went back to my car my wife told she needs only 1 strip as only few days are left for the completion of course. Within 5 minutes I went to the pharmacy again tried to return the remaining 3 strips. The personnel there refuse to take back and mentioned that the payment was made by upi/card and how it can be returned by cash. The statement which the personnel passed was very distjrbing and I got upset on it. He mentioned that 'people buy products using card and then return and take back cash, this they do to avlod going to ATMs'. You can check my no and transactions which I have made in this particular store.Why do I have to fight to get my momey back which is as per polocy.
