I OWN A SMALL BUSINESS IN BARRACKPORE (N) 24PGS W.B. & ITS BEEN MORE THAN A YEAR THAT WE ARE FACING LOT OF TROUBLE DUE TO LOADSHEDDING.

I bought a one-year reseller plan from Ninja Hosting Company, which is located in Faizabad which cost Rs. 6000. After taking the plan, I started facing a lot of problems. When I contacted them, they blocked my phone and did not respond to my ticket. This is a fraudulent company that suspends your account after taking money. I would like to make a request. Please do not buy any hosting from this company. If you go to their Hos Advice and find any reviews, it is a fraudulent and scam company.

I am writing to bring to your attention the recurring issue of low voltage supply in our locality during the evening and night hours, especially in the summer season. As I'm writing this, the voltage has dropped to 135 volts, which is significantly lower than the standard voltage.

This low voltage not only affects the performance of household appliances but also causes damage to them. It disrupts daily life, causing inconvenience to residents. I request you to look into this matter urgently and take necessary steps.

I am yet to receive the refund of security deposit (Consumer Id :[protected] and Installation Number :[protected].I have disconnected the electricity connection at Ganga Abasan housing, Berhampore, Murshidabad at 09.12.2024. Final settlement bill along with application form has been submitted. As I am transferred from that location it is not possible to be present there and follow-up, but I have requested one of my colleague to visit the office but they are harassing again and again for the original first receipt.The final settlement bill clearly mentions the amount of security deposit then what is the issue of refunding it? WBSEDCL is looting people like this by taking away their hard-earned money.

I Poojan Pokhrel resident of Lingsey Gram Panchayat inform you that we more than 1000 household [consumers] are facing regular nuisance of power. Most of the time there is no electricity in our area and no caretaker to look. I urge you to take strict action in my concern. It will benefit the entire consumers of my area. Due to negligence and lack of departmental follow up our area is deprived in educational, health and other basic needs.

I had already contacted nearby post office 6 months ago. After that incident, I had already contacted nearby post office 3 times but no action had taken. Behaviour of the staffs are too rude and they are too much lazy.

Due to single phase wire, not only i, but more than 10 houses facing the issue of low voltage.I am unable to run ac, fridge etc essential applicances for low volatge. In the hot days of April and May, i am unable to run Ac and fridge for low voltage, for that we have not able to take enough sleep for a week. My mother had started getting severe headaches for this.I have complaint for this issue with docket no. 66489987 but they closed the compliant without taking any action and even without asking about query on call they put status of complaint as completed.

I am very frustrated and worried so please take action about this issue as soon as possible.

Multiple docket registered but not getting any solution.
Local office says they can't do anything.
Everyday starting from 11:30 the voltage getting worst like 120V avg till next day morning. In the evening getting 112V only.
Many households are getting sick for this reason.
It's very pathetic condition but no one cares.

Dear Sir, I am I Bikas Chowdhury, Village + Post-Raskundu, West Medinipur and I applied for 17.06.2009, miter No.[protected] Disconnection and application on[protected], while applying for re-connection Amlagara office authority said total 4268.88 rupees till[protected] Fine for previous bill remaining. My last meter reading is 2882 and the fine was generated against 3342 unit which is completely wrong. After that my subdivision is changed to C.k.road they told me to deposit total 5790 rupees, and i deposited that amount. After few days I received a massage of 12711 rupees due to fill. Office said that this is meter charge and fine of after 2009 to till date. I have an discussion receipt when I disconnected, now they are telling that it was not parmanent discussion it was temporary discussion, at that time I had not informed about this difference. After disconnection why they didn't removed the meter? If there is no electricity what should I do with the meter? And why should I pay for meter charge after disconnection.? I applied in 2013 for reconnect ion and no response from the office, they not even told us in 2013 about the fine. I have each and every evidence against above utterance.
This is complete harrasment and illogical bill, my earnest request to you that if you kindly look into this matter and help me with proper resolution i will be thankful to you.

Sir, I would like to inform you that after receiving the bill ( Bill period- DECEMBER 2023 - FEBRUARY 2024. I have paid the billing amount of Rs.2874.00 through BILLDESK VIA PHONEPE application on 04/02/2024 and the payment was successful.The transaction id of that transaction is- T2402041344066753422061( screenshot attached) and the money was deducted from SBI bank account (NUNTIA BRANCH )(A/C HOLDER NAME :-MAITREE SARKAR ) and the money is deposited to WBSEDCL BANK Account. But sir my bill is still showing unpaid on your website and I have not yet received any money receipt document from your side.That's why I am so worried and don't understand what I should do now.

Please sir take necessary steps as soon as possible and resolve the issue .

I paid WBSEDCL electricity bill on 6th December 2023, by using QR Code printed on electricity bill with Google pay scanner of Rs. 3231.00 for the period Dec'23- Feb'24.
Google Pay shows that the payment is completely successful, but WBSEDCL has not confirmed it till now and now in payment bill fine is being added for not paid on time, but I have already paid it well before due date.

In my house today (3/10/2023) 2.30 pm after no electricity then I complain electric customer care, they have registered my complain but they didi not work . After 7 pm I have received a message my complain have close but they have not work and my house is no electricity. I have phone so many time they said that we are coming but no body come to my house to repaire electricity. My old grandmother 85 years old and she is a paralysis patient, I told that the electric office but no body help to me . Right now almost 9.45pm but no one help me but my complain has already close 7.20pm .

Amount debited but transaction have been pending/failure

I applied for new connection vide application [protected] and i have pied quotation money through online on time. but till now no connection has been made and the connection status is showing witheld. please resolve my problem.
