This is in regards to the complaint made on your website with docket number 31472484. Received bill of rs 4, 886 this month towards advanced payment for jun-jul-aug which is absurd as the last bill of rs 2, 589 was paid in feb for mar-apr-may however no one is at home from 7th mar till date and the main switch is also off since then, therefore there's no way there is any consumption and no reason for getting this bill without any adjustment for last three months. On receiving this complaint, i received a phone call from milan pally electric office (Siliguri) just now from phone number [protected] and the person threatened to pay bill or meter will be disconnected without listening or providing any logic and behaved inappropriately on phone. He refused to give his name. Please help! Need this bill issue sorted and also wanted to understand how such employees are working for electricity board. Ours is a flat and meter is at groundfloor so anyone can verify readings if needed, although noone is in the flat and it's locked since mar 7th. Looking forward for your reply/phone.
