Respected Sir,

With due respect, I wish to state that the bill amount for the months Aug' 21 to Oct' 21 appears to be unreal and exorbitant. The amount charged in the bill exceeds my previous bill amount by more than 20 times. Whereas my previous bill amounts are in the range of Rs 76 for a three-month period, my current bill amount stands at a staggering Rs 1, 597. This amount is insanely high when compared to my previous month's expenses keeping in view that my house is under locked condition and my consumption has remained the same.

I hope you will take the necessary action to provide me with a revised bill that truly reflects my consumption.

I am awaiting your kind action on an urgent basis.
