Today 26th august i had tried to pay by wbsedcl electricity bill through wbsedcl.in. I chose the quick pay option and then after entering all my information, i opted for billdesk option. And then i chose the upi option and entered my google pay upi id. I got a notification from the app to pay the money. I did so and waited after coming back to the website. After sometime i saw a writing amount not get paid...
I went back to my google pay account, i saw the money getting deducted. I also checked my payment history. The bill was not paid.

I also enrolled a complaint with docket no 25528443.
The transcation id of my payment is :[protected]

Help will be hugely appreciated.

When I paid the money It was being shown that it was pending. Upto yesterday midnight atleast. Then i went to sleep and woke up this morning. And I received the mail of my bill being paid. Thank you for solving my problem.
