I am not able to login as consumer in www.wbsedcl.in with my login credential. When i am giving credential, its always navigating to only one page with error message: "no portal roles are assigned for this user. If this problem persists, contact your system administrator.

I just paid my electricity bill through airtel money app today but inspite of transaction complete wbsedcl website showed me pending but the amount of Rs. 1004.72 was deducted from my ICICI bank account. But the website is showing the bill is pending, And transaction id[protected].
