Dear sir and madam,

We submitted application no.-[protected] for getting new connection for our newly build apartment consisting of 20 flat then quotation no.- [protected]/quot/03 was provided on 25.7.19 of all most rs.12 lakh & we paid on 14.8.19 with receipt[protected] &[protected]. Since then having very bad struggle following up with local office many time for getting new connecting but they don't provide new connection still now 6 months already passed. Recently after getting fed-up raised complain docket no.[protected]. All relevant document referred where in are attached (Softcopy)

Please help us to get out of the unbelievable bad situation we are going on facing with our full family consisting of 65 year old father and 55 year old mother and many other family of other flat.

Hopping and eagerly waiting for your quick support and immediate solution.

Eagerly awaiting for your kind response and help to provide a solution as mention below but month after month passed again and again without any support from WBSEDCL and we are still with out proper electricity connection even after paying the full quotation money demanded by the company before 10 months ago and no service still now after 10 month waiting.

Raised complain docket no.[protected] & 28771144 & 30818850 but no response since 10 months.

Please please please provide connection to us now with no more delay. where is and what is the problem with WBSEDCL after taking 12 lakh money from public no service provided. How can government company can be such cheater.

No power in my house since on 03/03/2020. I'm complaints against this company and complaints dockets no are 28676243, 28693008, 28693087, 28693123, 28709671, 28709739. I am tray in phone call [protected] this no but did not received. After two days later my exam. Please solve this problem urgently as soon as possible. Thank you.
