My name shyama pada mondal, my consumer id is[protected], at 29/8/2019 someone came to take the meter reading in my house from wbsedcl, and he taken the wrong reading (6880, while the actual reading was 5802, and after i request him to rechecked he realise his mistake and said that he taken the wrong reading, the original true reading was 5802. After that he take the bill and said that he will give a new bill after 3 days with correction, but after 7 days he did not shown up not give any updated bills, after that i lodged a complain in my local wbsedcl customer care, in city center durgapur, i have a wriiten copy of the complain, and they said me it will take around 30 days to correct, now it is above 30 days still my problem not solved, i daily checked online my bills it was no corrected, and i receiving messages that if i dont pay bill my line got disconnected, i dont know what to do, it was the meter reader's fault
