Western Digital — my hard disk not working well

Website: i am complaining about a product of western digital hard drive

Actually i bought an internal hard disk from snapdeal (Western digital 5000lpcx) on 19 december and the hard drive doesnt work well sometimes it doesnt show and doesnt install os on it
What should i do with that i doesnt even know whether it bothers guarentee or not please help me out
When it starts problem i think its the fault of my laptop i talk to a specialist then he told me its the hard drive problem u should sent an email to the western digital it may help us
