Western Digital — Not providing replacement | |||
I had purchased a brand new SSD 480GB from amazon.in It stopped working within a couple of days. It stopped detecting in system. I raised a replacement request under warranty. WD is refusing to replace citing that it's damaged. I have used the exactly same packaging in which I had received the product to send it to their Bangalore service center. So, there is no question of not packaging well. Please provide replacement under WARRANTY. RMA#:88590379 Was this information helpful? | |||
