Western Digital — Not Providing Replacement of Hard Disk

Sir/Ma'am,

I buy a External Hard Disk of Western Digital (also known as WD) from snapdeal on 10 January 2015.

But the hard disk start giving trouble from Approx October 2015. The hard disk many times not get ACCESSIBLE. On this i contacted customer care about this problem they said sir kindly recover your data after that we will replace your hard disk but my data is huge approx 800GB so i am unable to recover my data and uses the hard disk as it is.

And then my hard disk is totally gone on approx 15/03/2016 with it my data also not get lost in it on this i again contacted customer care they said "we are registering your case and you will get a replacement of your hard disk kindly dispatch it to our service center address and you will get your new hard disk within 20 days."

I ship the hard disk to their given address approx after 15 days i receive a courier from their, When i open the courier i found my old hard disk which is not repaired until now.

When i contacted the customer care about this why they send my old hard back to me they said that " Sir your product label is tempered and we are not able to the Serial Number & Part Number of your Hard disk So we cannot provide you the replacement of your Hard disk".

I am attaching all screen shots and important documents with this mail, so you can easily handle this case.
Kindly Help me to get a replacement of my hard disk.
