Western Digital — Replacement WD 5 TB HD defective

Address: K-60 2ND FLOOR RiGHT SIDE, ND 110014

5 TB HD replacement arrived Dec 9 after waiting from June. It is defective and does not work, attached 2. error codes and labels from courier that arrived dec 9. Please, please send a replacement asap. This is quite unbeleivable that I ahve been waiting since June and now you send a defective((possiblly refurbished?) replacement. Appauling.
