My wb 1tb is not working so i had created a rma case and wd pick up the product from my house. After 2 days this case is showing they have dispatched alternate hard disk sent to my address. But i still didn't received the product. Wd send the product through bluedart, but i didn't received any delivery call from bluedart. And i called bluedart many times, they tell tomorrow will deliver but it didn't happen still. Also i called wd support many times they keep on giving same instruction, "we have escalated this issue you will be getting the product after 2 working days". I dont know how long have to wait, i am really scared to call wd customer care then they will extend the days. Another bad part of wd is they wont help to get old data, so you will be losing old data. If you ask this customer service, they instructed its customer responsibility to have backup. First of all wd customer care should understand, we are buying external hard disk to have back of our primary data from laptop or some other primary source. Funniest part is they looking to buy one more hard disk to take backup of current hard disk. Was this information helpful? | |||
