Western Digital — wd my passport 1tb portable external hard drive

We have purchased wd my passport 1tb portable external hard drive (Black) |
B01lqqhi8i (B01lqqhi8i), hsn:8523 on 04.01.19. The external hard drive has stopped working and we have several useful data stored in it. No pc is able to recognise it after that problem. We are unable to retrieve the data, request to please help or help in replacement of the same. It is under warranty, as it has not crossed even one year.
