Respected Sir/Madam,

I am to state that, my wife Smt. Jolly Deb has ordered Two pairs of shoes, costing Rs. 449.00 & Rs. 1399.00 respectively, on 23/06/2016.vide Order No.S[protected]. to M/s. Whaaky.com, against their advt on internet. Accordingly, we have prepaid Rs. 1848.00 to the company through SBI credit card on the same date.

Inspite of several reminder email, and unattended phn calls, only a pair of duplicate ADIDAS shoe was supplied to us on 05/08/2016 against Rs.449 . But the 2nd pair is found simply missing, and the concern is just silent, neither giving any explanation, nor refunding our money back.
