[Resolved] Whaaky.com — CHEATED & DIDN'T SHIP MY ORDER AFTER TAKING MONEY, NO RESPONSE. | |||
Dear Consumer Support team, I've been following up their customer support since last 20 days and still no response. They never respond on phone and just keep your call on hold and keep deducting your money and finally it disconnects. Over the mail and facebook, they just reply to bear with them and keep waiting???? They promised to deliver my order within 7 days and it has been 25 days since I placed my order foe a motorola mobile and reebok sandal combo. My order number is S80349492 and it shows Preparing to ship since the last 25 days. Now I feel cheated as they already took online payment and now have done this fraud. This is not about the amount but my hard earned money.Please look into this issue. I am also planning to send them a Judicial notice and to file a petition in court against them.
