Whaaky.com — Duplicate power bank given

Address:Gurgaon, Haryana

Hi All, I have ordered the power bank from whakky.com (MI 10400 MAH). However, it is duplicate. When I came to know about it, I have called their customer care more than 50 times (Mentioned in Website) but no one is picking up the call. Even in email as well there is not response. It seems to be like a fake company which is created to loot people. It also does not have serial number. Total Power bank ordered 4. Please help me to get my refund. Dear All,

Whaaky customer care is not even bothered to reply even once. I have emailed them several times but no reply. I tried calling them several times but noone picks up the call. I still feel like cheated from them. They are not returning my product as well as not giving my refund.. I would suggest all to reffrain from these kind of companies. Dear Team,

I have tried calling your customer care more than 70 times from the very next day when i received it .however, no one is answering it. The product you have provided is fake. Attached is image for your reference.

Fake products spoil the image of your company. I have used MI power bank before & i know how well it works however, it is not applicable in your scenario.


I am also attaching the trail mail which i have started after no response from you guys.

Please replace my product with the original one or refund my amount.

Dear Team,

As per the discussion with your customer executive on trail mail, I am returning the device through courier. the product received is not genuine and faulty, hence i want the original and genuine product.

Please also tell who will bear the courier cost which i have paid to returning your product. Normally, if you replace or refund your product it is done by the handler(online shopping company itself).

I am already using MI power bank & know how does it work. Sending duplicate products spoils the reputation of the company. I have shown faith in your company & donot break my confidence this time.

if you still cannot provide original then return my money.
