Sorry to say but this is a worst online shopping side, and the person who is taking care of customer care she does not know how to talk with the customer. i m also working in hospitality industries i know every thing. and i had call them for return my item but they are not ready to return my amount, and also they disconnect my call. so i suggest you all before purchasing anything first see weather the company is fake or not. i usually place my order in snapdeal and flipkart, and got good product but this time i did a big mistake to choose, and i m going to suggest my college to cancel their items.
