Whaaky.com — Item Ordered during May 3, 2015 - Not delivered last 3 Months and no refund processed

i have ordered a product on 03-May-15 which is Samsung Mobile of rs.1300. my order no is S80820562 i have not yet received my order. Online status indicates Courier DTDC Tracking number - Have followed up they said shipment not traceable. Since its a Mobile and Whaaky's shipper DTDC Courier Tracking number Z54545691 has declared item as non traceable. I have informed Whaaky Customer care with multiple email and approx 10 reminder mails.. They are so negligent. The Customer Care Phone number non one is responding ahve tried more than 100 times.. in last 2 months..[protected] The Whaaky team customer care sends no reply mail nor attending customer calls. Please look after this matter - I need my product or refund. Government must take appropriate action for this time of Online shopping website and help consumers.
