I return my Order within the prescribed policy period via speed post ID no.: ED[protected]IN as on 08/09/16. And the Product was delivered on 13/9/2016, I receive the confirmation mail for the same : BIG Deals, SMALL Prices Dear Nidhi, Order No: S[protected] Product: 2 Samsung Bluetooth This is to inform you that we have received the self-shipment that you shipped across to us for replacement. On the basis of your complaint, we would be dispatching the replacement to you within 4 business days. Once dispatched, you will receive a mail with the consignment number and courier name. Our phone lines might be busy as we are attending to other customers in-case your running short on time we request you to drop an email at [protected]@whaaky.com, we are sure to respond within 24hrs. Thanks & Regards Your friends from Whaaky But I had not received any amount, product nor mail with regards to the same.
