[Resolved] Whaaky.com — non shipment of my order no. S80287008 on date 02/04/14 till now

I have booked 5 kutons jeans on date 02/04/14 by order no. S80287008 paying amount of 1099/- Rs.by my SBI debit card.but till now even shipment of product is pending. the customer care no.([protected]) provided on their site is useless because every time you call thier customer care agent is busy.i think this company is fraud & they cheat customer.please take neccessary legal action against them, sothat the other customer will be protected from this company. please help me to refund my money.

Updated by shiv kumar1206 after complaining on https://www.consumercomplaints.in 21.50 hrs on today 16.04.2014, a person called me by m.no.[protected] by saying that he is calling from whaaky.com.then he called on waiting by whaaky.com customer care no.[protected] for verification purpose.after that he told me that your payment is locked and we will refund your money so please provide your bank account details such as bank account no., debit card no.&details.
i was shocked that how can any one asked for such details while other online company never asks such secret details
.i think their are a group who uses such details to unlock secrecy of customer to harm economically
