I had ordered Samsung Mela @ 849 memory cards on whaaky.com on 18th Sep 2015 and they had dispatched on 17th Oct 2015 via Trackon Couriers with awb no[protected]. The courier site is showing as delivered but i didn't received any product from them. I contacted through mail but no response from them even telephone also they are not responding.

Kindly resolve the issue.

After complaining in this forum i got a call from [protected] saying that they are calling from whaaky.com and said sorry that stocks are not there so we are not delivering your product. Now i had doubt on this call actually the parcel dispatched via trackon couriers and they are failed to deliver till now but this unknown person is telling that they had not send any product and he is asking my online bank user id and password through ivr to refund my amount and upto now this type of repayment i had never seen.
Kindly look into the matter and resolve early
