Dear Sir/ma'am, I have ordered Sony Power Bank, AWB No.[protected] & order no. S[protected] for Rs. 749 & i have received on[protected] but the piece was defective, it's not working. I have contacted whaaky.com customer care since last 15 Days and mail them on 8th June regarding the same but they didn't reply. Kindly take legal action for the same & help me to get my money back. I have ordered Samsung Metro 312 -IMEI [protected] & order no. S[protected] for Rs. 1349 & i have received on[protected] but the piece was defective, speaker not working properly
Kindly take legal action for the same & help me to get my money back or replace with new device with 5 days.
