Hello, I have order to Mi Power bank, order no - S80756991 & S80756999, Both the products are faulty and i would like to get it replaced or refund. As these product should charge my cell which 3200 mAh at least thrice, but power bank gets discharged before getting is half done. Tried calling[protected] customer service number but in vain.

My order number is S80760456. Till now the status is not updated. The same thing I have ordered already and they told that the area is not serviceable. I am in Chennai which is a Metropolitan City and they said it is not serviceable after 20 days. I want to know whether it is a fraud company. Luckily I used COD (Cash On Delivery). Otherwise my money would have been Mpa Mpa.

I ordered 5 POLO T SHIRTS WITH BRANDED MOBILE on whaaky. I later got my order dispatched through DELHIVERY COURIER with consignment no[protected]. After opening the package I found that they are not POLO T SHIRTS AND ALSO THE MOBILE IS NEITHER THE ONE THEY MENTIONED WITH SPECIFIC FEATURES NOR IT IS WORKING.
I recommended this offer to many friends of mine and now regret for wasting their money, too. I am really upset with the service they have given considering I bought these products with my first salary.
Please help me out in getting my money back.

Finding no way out undersigned is compelled to approach at your door step as because during recent times some unpredictable things has come to his notice regarding, Way2online Retail Private Limited (known as, Whaaky.com) one of the Online Shopping Store not only in state but nation wise.The astonishing things and facts are hereby summarized for your kind perusal as follows:- On the present year i bought some Jeans from mentioned online store(as attached 'Picture 1') but in spite of sending the proper set they sent some others(as attached 'Picture 2'). After receiving the product on 20th day of January I informed them. Three days after they ( the conversations attached in 'Picture 3') asked to send the picture of damaged product which i sent them on the same day. From then they stopped all the conversation but after giving some REMINDERS, they reverted back on 06th of February 2015 asking to send the product to their Warehouse in BEGUMPET, HYDERABAD which i sent on 07th February 2015. In this meantime i, have filled my requirements from other store.So finally when there was no reply from them i asked them to refund my money which i paid for their product and also the courier charges as, sending of incorrect product was the mistake from their side.
