My order no. is S80102087 n i hv ordered this on 26.10.2013 bt til nw i didnt geot my order, , , , n no respoce from whaaky custmer care, , , , i try to tok wid them but no respoce from their side, , , , plz send it to me or cancel it so that i can buy it from others

My order no. is S80107634. I had ordered a Beats HD Headphone(with free 2gb pendrive). I ordered it 3days ago, and when I check my order status, I find that it has not yet been shipped. I wrote an email to whacky.com yesterday. Still I didn't get any reply. I called them thrice today, every time the call gets cancelled automatically while connecting to the operator.

My order :S8094877, which I have received today. I have ordered a "Peter England Shirt_Branded Sweater" with size 40. But I don't why the hell they have send a sweater with size "S" n don't know what brand it is. Please anyone who has the power to stop and take action against such fraud firm please take it as soon as possible, Otherwise they will make fool thousands of Indian citizens. I would Like to return my order or replace with accurate order. I strongly suggest everyone not to use this "Whaaky.com" for online shopping. If don't listen now then you will really regret I promise that.

Hi, this is neeraj choubey I am facing problem with order no. S8092605, I ordered the product on 16/10/13 but till today products not deliver to me since website claiming product ship time is 5-7 working days, than after I write 4 mail and doing several call on provide phone no. But I did not get any response, neither receive product till today I think this shopping website cheating the consumer it should be banded ASAP. Thanks Neeraj

Hi, I have order Peter England Shirt_Branded Sweater on 23/10/2013, they written in the mail shipment delivered within 5 business working days, but still yet received the product, still it is showing preparing to shipment. and i tried to reach customer care people, but they are not responding the calls. let me know when i will get the my order. my order id is S8089319... i received my product on 28 october 2013. but i ordered on 10 october 2013. they did provide the mismatch product. i chooses one color but they did provide another product i am so suffered by whaaky.com and this is fraud website please don't buy using this website..

Hi I had placed an order on whaaky.com (Regd Add: Way2Online Interactive India Pvt Ltd, Second florr/Hansa Creston 22nd October 2013 Plot No. 62, Road No. 1/ Jubilee Hills/ Hyderabad-500034). for a sweater that was Grey and Black print (please see the image below). The parcel that was received on the 26th of October was a completely different print and a different color. The customer care number[protected] provided is firstly never reachable the working hours mentioned on the website).After several attempts I got in touch with them on Monday 28th October 2013 at 11:49 a.m. and I spoke to a lady first and when I told her that I received an entirely different product she did not say anything and she transferred the call to another person who began to argue with me and started playing with words saying that "do not go by the picture on the website we have ensured the V neck or the round neck as per the order placed but the rest could be a different color or design or pattern on the material. On the website the clause that has been mentioned is "Images are for representation purpose. Actual product may vary slightly in colour / design" But the product that I have received is entirely different in color, pattern/print on the material, it is faded and the person who the call was transferred to was talking very rudely, was taking advantage of the fact that the description on the website is vague and he was changing meanings of the sentences mentioned on their website as per his convenience and finally he randomly cut the call on my face and now when I am calling them back they are not answering my call again . I want original product which is I buy please find attached snapshot for your reference otherwise return my money.

Right now you have changed your add photo on your website.

I had ordered one shirt vide Order No. S8082541 on 2nd of Oct. 2013 and had payment at same time. They write on their site to deliver the product in 5-7 days but the same is not yet received. They had replied only one mail and after that I have written 4 mails but they have responded none. They are not afraid of any complains legal actions. This is literally a cheating and should be stopped. Please help to sue the company and do legal action as this would only help.

On 07/10/2013 I have ordered a metal watch & two shirts.The shirt size is 44.But when it was delivered on 20/10/2013 I have the shirts with the size of 40.The order no is S8085270 & AWB no is HYDWOL3003255.The amount paid was rs.450/-.So my request is to change the shirts with proper size i.e.44

I've booked a combo Shirt + Sweater on www.whaaky.com against order no.: S8083729; dated: 04th Oct, 2013. They have promised the delivery 5 to 7 days, now its almost 12 days passed. But my order not delivered. In fact they are not responding my phone calls.

I have ordered a cargo of 32 size and they have sent of 34 size. When I have couriered them on my account they have sent back a cargo of white color which on my purchase I have clearly mentioned not t send light colors. Noone replies to phone calls or through mails. This website should be banned.

Had the worst experience on the site. These guys are fake and do not deliver any products. I had ordered (S8044360) the Black and Brown shoes combo from their website on 2nd August. The site says that all orders are shipped in 9-10 working days but its almost a month now and I haven't received anything. Strangely enough, no one seems to be responding to phone calls made on[protected], the number listed on your website or respond to emails sent to [protected]@whaaky.com their listed address. These guys are probably making money displaying fake prices and products
