The issue is the Power bank is not working. No indications in Light and No charging Happens in Phone whish is a defect. I want you to take back the product and please refund the Amount. I have Looged the mail within 72 hours and this mail is the Proof. I have called more than 100 times to log this issue in the number[protected]. But no body is picking the call from the customer support, which should be escalated to consumer section later. Then what is the use of giving the number in the WEB as Inline image 1 I have called within the timings. I have also sent an mail to give a call back, but not even a single reply from the Team. Now, what is your answer. how i need to ship back my product and how can i get me refund. Please let me know. Even this is unanswered, then this needs to be solved in different way.

On 18th Feb 2015 I placed an order online for 5 Casual Shirts For Men, Size 38. Total cost for the order I paid Rs.1099. After I received 5 Casual Shirts on 24th Feb 2015. The size of all Five shirts is different then I ordered. One shirt Size is XXL, 2 Shirts are XL and remaining two shirts there is no size written. All Five shirts are very poor quality, old, used, dirty, Damaged and torn. After receiving order open and checked product and immediate called for complaint, phone is Ringing but no one answer, I tried so many times, that looks like a toy phone. I tried unlimited times to call on the helpline...

GUYS please be aware of this FRAUD company ... WHAAKY...
Vendors and this company is a FRAUD in a very famous FRAUD city HYD.

I don't know whether complaints in these website are really escalated and took action. But still with last hope i write this..

I bought a MI power bank from MI through COD. When i bought this from the delivery courier boy and opened the pack and right away found that the device is not functioning.

To complaint this, I have written so many mail to them. But not even a single reply. I have mailed 5 6 times. Called 100 times their support number mentioned in their website and in other websites. But no reply at all. Then y should be there a customer care email and phone number.

For your information, The mail which i have sent to them more than ten times, .

Dear Sir,
We have ordered above mentioned consignment for perfect match for every occasion. The time bar for the shipment was 7-10 business days. We have already done the payment via credit card, also sent 3-4 e-mails, till date we have not received any response from your end. you have taken complete one and half month for dispatching. If this is not responded we will have to take action against you in consumer court, because we have strong evidence of payment made to you.


If we do not receive any reply, we will do complaint in consumer court.

Kindly note that, I was trying to give order on Whaaky.com on 15 January 2015.
While I was trying order no.S80715132, it was shown as order not completed.
Hence I have given another order No.S80715137 within time period of 5 Min.
After 3 days, when I was checking whaaky website I found that, order was
showing as confirmed & amount got debited from my Credit Card account. At
that time material was not dispatch from Whaaky. Hence I requested them to
cancelled the order no.S80715132 & refund the amount at the earliest.
In-spite of my cancellation
request, they have courier the material on 30 January 2015 & till date
material is not received at given address.

I am tried there number of times, but nobody is picking up
the call. I have also mail them several times regarding refunding the amount.
But they are not responding properly.

Please help me in this regards.

I ordered 10400 mah MI power bank. Its not working at all and not charging mobile. When i asked them for refund that said " Dear Customer, We would be definitely happy to assist you. We would like to inform you that the complete product has been delivered to you after a series of quality & quantity check. Hence complaint cannot be applicable for the same. Thanks & Regards, Whaaky Team " They are sending same email to every one. Guys please be aware do not shop from it. Its most fake website . Never pay by credit cards. They are cheater, cheater and chaeter.

Whaaky claimed that the order no S80727595 is delivered via pigeon express but till time I have not received the material. Even Pigeon express is too pathetic to give any clear status of the material. Had mailed Whaaky a couple of times but no reply from thier end either. A very poor customer service and really dissapointing experience.

My order was no s80736338 booked in mi power bank I receied power bank in date 16/02/2015 i have receied power bank but it was not original it is not chargred minimum 10℅ mobile battery They was nonot send any gurrenty card or bill please guide me how to recovery my money or original power bank I have many times contect them but they was not responding

I have booked online purchase goods order no. S80736904 Dated 06-Feb-2015 and another Order No. S80732040 Dated 02-Feb-2015 and both are purchased by online payment Net-banking, after this their time limit of the shipment has been crossed over ten 10days, and still we have not received any ordered goods, even after this I have trying to reach them over phone and by email to get the confirmation about the my ordered goods... but the whaaky people not responding, please check once my email and order no. and rectify this.

On 1st Feb 2015 I placed an order online for 2 formal shoes size 7, 2 formal pants size 34, three shirts size 42 each and a branded mobile phone. Total cost for the order I paid Rs.2098. After repeated follow-ups with the courier and company I received 3 shirts and a mobile phone on 17 Feb 2015. The size of all three shirts is different then I ordered. I sent many emails on the ID [protected]@whaaky.com, mentioned there also no one replied. Finally I got mobile number [protected] from Just dial. I called this number it was also not answered but I got the call back from[protected] and the person said his name is Kalyan. I told him the issue he suggested to send the pictures of the shirts which i received and then they will refund my money. I immediately sent the pictures through email. After that they replied me on the email and asked to return the product through courier which I refused. I asked them to arrange the return pickup and refund my money because I don’t have time to return the product. Any way they didn’t bother. I asked to refund the money at least for the products which I have not received. They accepted and said they I will receive the money within three days. After three days they again gave me three days’ time for refund. Till date i did not received my money and they didn’t arrange any return pickup. Every time I call them they are talking very rudely I asked the contact details of some senior official but they are not ready to share any contact details further. After this I explored the internet and found unlimited complaints against this website, means they are cheating every one and making fool to the people.

Dear Team, This is to inform you that I have placed ordered and paid online of Rs. 599 for the combo product of Mobile, Sun Glass and Watch but when I received the product, all the three items are damaged: The mobile is not accepting SIM card, The glasses of the sunglass is broken, the watch is not working. My product order no.-s80738800. whaaky.com packing quality is very low. T-shirt pack is very low quality. In 5 tshirt 1 tshirt is damaged. Mobile also not working. There charging pin not send by company. In mobile phone sim card not accepted.
