                  Dear Sir I have order a product from Whaaky with order no- S80748198, After more complaint they deliver the defactive product to me there after I request to return the product and refund my money or redispatch the product, So long time I have receive their mail for return the product, than I asked for reverse pickup but they dont arrange for pickup, Than I courier to him on given Address with courier charges 250 Rs. Address is Way2online Retail Private Limited Syed Sajid, No 1-8-319/2, Patigadda Road, Begumpet, Hyderabad – 500016 Few days later I got a mail on dated 10-mar-2015 from their end for Receive the faulty product and commit to dispatch a new one within 4 days and today is 20-mar-2015, Now I claim for my product and courier charges 250 rs. They are giving very bad service, I think they have no right to play with customer motion, they provided very bad service, For this cancel their licence online site and sale they are totally fraud.                   My query still not solved, My order no is-S80748198 I received a call from Whaaky no is [protected] & [protected] they commit for refund money, but they ask my card details so you tell how i share my card details to anybody, No online shopping site asking for any payment detail they also have their detail and auto refund their money on customer account or wallet.. Whaaky is totaly fraud take a action on them and request to arrange my money refund of 699+250rs (Product price and courier charge)

                  Requested to action on this matter Whaaky is totaly fraud they and arrange to refund my money.

                      Dear Whaaky team, I have ordered combo of two power banks and My order S80769794 has been successfully received by me but its not in proper working condition. These power bank are not charging my phone and it self also, it show full charge but when I plugged it in to phone then show low battery and goes shut down automatic.                         Order No. S 80756770 placed on Feb. 23, 2015. No response till today. One mail confirming they will be despatching the same. But till today, nothing has come to me at my address ICRIER, CORE 6A, 4th Floor, India Habitat Centre, New Delhi - 110003 (Cell [protected]). Repeated efforts to reach them by phone & cell No. which are not responding.

                        Many people have complained about this Whakky.com (they used to bring lucrating offers and people become prey to their traps.

                        Kindly have them trapped as well as to make them return the payment already received by them.

                          www.whaaky.com this is a fake Online shopping site .They take orders complete payment but don’t delivered. Support number is also fake .Even the mailing Id is also fake but when you put new orders they are calling as back and when I asked about the pervious order they disconnected call. And never took back so please take necessary action.

My email id is [protected]@gmail.com before some days I order some clothes from your site. I get that parcel very late. But when I get that parcel, I found some damage shirts in it. So I really request you plz return this order and tell me the process about it.I have called their customer care more than 50 times (Mentioned in Website) but no one is picking up the call. Even in email as well there is not response. It seems to be like a fake company which is created to loot people. I don't want to replace the order. I just want to return the cloth and refund about it.

I tried calling them several times but noone picks up the call. I still feel like cheated from them. They are not returning my product as well as not giving my refund..                                         Fake products spoil the image of your company. I have used MI power bank before & i know how well it works however, it is not applicable in your scenario.
