Whaaky.com / Way2Online Retail — Defective product returned but not getting my refund | |||||
I have order nike shoe(order no S[protected] but it was duplicate and defective product so I immediately returned it to Hyderabad address through DTDC courier and it has reached there on 11 Jan 2016 at 3:00 pm but not refunding my money back and no response of my e-mails and phone calls. Already 2 months has crossed but still I haven't received my refund of Rs 1799 against the order no. S[protected] which I have already returned and whaaky.com has received the product because I have got email from whaaky.com that they have received my courier . Kindly reply me that when I will get my refund because no one is receiving my calls in their customer care no. So what I have to do now.
