As per telephonic discussion and send mail about my order cancel and whaaky customer care person told me within 24 hours confirm me my order cancel and refund my amount but till now I am not received any confirmation from whaaky side

Dear Sir,
I purchase a mobile which model is 3310 which order no. WH3352504718 and payment through paytm wallet but some personal problem I didn't want that product and I discussed with customer care through telephone and request to them please cancel my order and I don't want this then customer care told confirm you within 24 hours and send mail ( which is attached
for your reference) regarding cancel my item but till now no confirmation from whaaky side
Therefore requesting to you please take necessary steps at your level and I hope I got justice help of your.
